The NACM Trade Profile Report offers a focused view of a customer’s payment behavior with specific vendors reported by your participating affiliate. It’s designed for NACM members who want deeper clarity beyond the National Trade Credit Report (NTCR).
This report provides an instant snapshot of payment performance for a single tradeline—covering 3 to 12 months of history—so you can identify payment trends, creditworthiness, and reliability with ease.

A Trade Profile Report provides a more detailed look at a single tradeline from your NTCR. It displays payment data reported by a participating affiliate, showing how a customer has paid another vendor for the past 3 to 12 months.
The NTCR provides a consolidated overview of all reported tradelines. The Trade Profile Report focuses on one specific vendor relationship, delivering deeper payment insights for that source.
From your NACM Dashboard or within an NTCR, select the Trade Profile button to initiate your search. Reports are instantly generated when data is available for a source with at least three months of history.

The report reflects the most recent trade submissions, offering visibility into payment behavior for up to the past 12 months.
