The Account Monitor Service (AMS) is a credit monitoring tool that tracks key risk indicators across your customer portfolio – available at no additional cost to NACM members who are electronic data contributors. By establishing your own monitoring criteria, you receive alerts when accounts go past due, trigger UCC filings, show bankruptcy or collection activity, or exhibit legal and trade changes with other suppliers. Your prioritized list of flagged accounts is available via email or your NACM dashboard, where you can review activity or pull full credit reports directly from the platform.

How the AMS Works:

AMS is a monitoring tool that tracks changes in your customers’ credit behavior and notifies you when potential risk indicators are triggered.

You establish your own monitoring criteria based on your portfolio. NACM then applies those parameters to track relevant accounts.
