Overview of Florida’s Construction Lien Law – latest edition**

This seminar is designed to assist anyone who is not
an expert on lien law matters.  It's a great workshop
for beginners or those that need to brush up on the basics.

Who is Entitled to a Construction Lien?
Bonded Projects.
Release and Waivers of Lien.

A portion of your seminar fee will be contributed to the NACM ICPC PAC and will be used for contributions to political candidates who support the construction industry. If you do not wish for any part of your fee to go toward the PAC, please notify us.

Guest Speaker Barry Kalmanson, Esquire

A central Florida native, Mr. Kalmanson received both his Bachelor of Science degree in building construction and his law degree from the University of Florida.  Mr. Kalmanson is a certified building contractor, Florida Real Estate Commission licensed real estate broker, and a licensed building inspector.  He is currently serving on the FL Construction Industry Licensing Board pursuant to an appointment by Governor Jeb Bush.  Mr. Kalmanson concentrates his legal practice in the construction industry.  He is the author of How to File A Florida Construction Lien (And Collect) and many other publications.
